In challenging times, we have found that opportunities to come together with others spark moments where hope meets momentum. In 2025, Multisolving Moments were born from a common theme that people, at times, felt lonely in the work they were doing. Considering the amount of disruption we’re seeing globally, we wanted to create spaces where people can build community and share their work, challenges, and wins. Now, we’d like to share that same practice with you to host your own Multisolving Moments.
Below, we’ve suggested prompts that you can ask during these gatherings. Please use these or feel free to create prompts that more closely align with things happening around you.
Prompt Ideas
Share a win, challenge, or bright spot that you have noticed recently
Think of things that you’ve done in the last year that you feel like are helping to build resilience, and list them
What concerns me about today’s challenges is… What encourages me to take action is…
Suggested Timing
10-15 minutes of fellowship or a round of introductions
5 minutes allow everyone to settle into the space, ideally sitting in a circle, or if meeting virtually, establishing an order for people to speak
30 minutes go around the circle and answer a prompt; you can draw inspiration from the ones above or create your own. You may want to share the prompt and then give people five minutes to gather their thoughts, maybe by writing, before opening the sharing round.
10 minutes to close out the Multisolving Moment by thanking people for joining and offering an opportunity for people to connect more. You may also want to end by giving people a chance to commit to an action they will take, perhaps implementing an idea they heard, opening a conversation, or adding a practice to their routine.
You can also join Multisolving Institute’s periodic online Multisolving Moment gatherings. Sign up for our newsletter here to receive notifications.
